The restaurant :

The restaurant is only open in the evening for dinner with a menu that changes daily.

Discover Thierry's culinary specialities through the local produce that he has been using for over 20 years. Vegetables, Meats, and Fish are served in the Hôtel de la Tour for gourmet delights that are renewed each season.

Papeton eggplants, summer vegetables stewed in olive oil from the valley of Les Baux, Stuffed vegetables, Anchovy paste, Charlotte of fresh goat cheese with zucchini noodles, "Pieds et paquets" prepared Marseilles style, Fish basket, Bouillabaisse, bull and lamb from the region prepared in a multitude of ways....

As for desserts, those with a sweet tooth will not be left out. Thierry was able to round out his skills alongside a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman in France) after a visit to Cordes sur Ciel to the Musée du sucre (Museum of Sugar). Let the mixture of tastes, textures, and new flavours surprise you....

We offer a children's menu for children under 10.
